Mick.

My experience in life has helped develop my altruistic tendencies to provide support and assistance to those in need. During moments of self-reflection I have envisioned my core purpose as being a reliable, compatible and empathic person that is willing to put the needs of others before my own. My mission is to continue developing my supportive skillset as I mentor others seeking their own personal goals.

My professional background has been working amongst a valued team of service officers for a major national art gallery. This individuality has facilitated my open-minded approach in the support industry. Gallery life has ensured safety, mindfulness and respect are at the forefront of how I provide support.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate and tailored support to individuals with disability. Keeping in mind the diverse needs and client-centred focus of support work, my goal is to empower clients through personalised assistance.

Helping my clients achieve their goals and gain independence is the heart of my passion as a support worker.

Physicality

My active, healthy lifestyle enhances my ability to engage physically in support work. This vitality helps me provide dynamic activities that are relative to my client’s needs and interests.

I thrive in changing environments and adjust my approach to meet the evolving needs of each client. This flexibility allows me to provide personalized support that aligns with the unique circumstances of every individual I work with.

Something Interesting.

I am passionate about sci-fi movies like The Matrix, a wide variety of video games and delving into books and Japanese manga.
