I specialise in supporting and mentoring teenagers and young adults diagnosed with ASD, ADHD & Anxiety.

I have worked with many neurodiverse clients and I have found that my lived experience, skills and personality resonate most to those with Autism & ADHD.

It is important to create healthy habits & routines to reduce stress and anxiety with everyday life, although this can be easier said than done with challenges like executive dysfunction & decision paralysis. Through techniques such as body doubling and habit stacking we find the best ways for you to work through any issues that arise and I work along-side you as we tackle these things together.

I create a calm, structured mentoring environment that allows space for creativity and spontaneity, working with and not against ASD & ADHD preferences.

I encourage diverse interests and will assist with learning any new skills you are interested in as well as support & encourage current ones. I have had a plethora of different interests & life experiences, so I know a little something about a vast amount of things & am always interested in learning more.

Lived Experience

I worked in the creative industries as a successful graphic designer & photographer for 5 years. Growing up I worked in most areas of hospitality ranging from coffee to retail. All of these work environments further improved my people skills & creative problem solving.

Advanced Diploma in Visual Communication (Graphic Design)

A core strength of mine, is my ability to be able to look at problems differently. We process information better when it’s presented in a way that makes sense to us, whether it be drawing things out on a whiteboard or creating a personalised document, I will find what works for you.

Self awareness is a hard skill to learn, it takes patience and practice. I am on your side, I am here to guide you through life and promote personal growth through any challenges that arise.

Something Interesting.

I absolutely love languages, I find them really interesting.
I am fluent in French and am currently learning Japanese.

In my down time I read fantasy novels, watch anime & cross-stitch cute pixel art. I also love anything Pokémon, it is one of my favourite things!
